BlockSounds recorders (dir. Robyn Mellor) with Maartje Sevenster, Greta Claringbould and Frank den Hartog: The False Prophet Johann Ahle (1625-1673) was known for his spiritual concertos. For this concert, the singers perform with BlockSounds, Ariana Odermatt (harpsichord) and Rachel Walker (gamba). BlockSounds will also perform works by Ahle’s contemporaries.
