Join the Women's Shed to learn how to use power tools, make picture frames, or practice pyrography (creating designs on wood with a heated implement). These workshops run fortnightly. They are women only and you must register. There is a fee.
In this 1.5-hour online webinar, Exercise Physiologist Dylan Grubb will teach participants how to safely incorporate exercise into their routine while managing chronic conditions and pain. Attendees will learn exercise guidelines, pain management techniques, and how to build a sustainable routine, with a chance to ask questions and access additional resources.
