Pint of Science Canberra: Going viral: the evolution of viruses and novel ways to fight them

The annual Pint of Science festival brings researchers to local venues to share interesting and relevant talks on the latest science research that’s accessible to all.
Our researchers will share how investigating wildlife collections can reveal the evolutionary dynamics of viruses, helping us understand past and future outbreaks, and explore how a novel immunotherapy strategy can safeguard kidney transplants from an opportunistic virus.
