This yoga sequence encompasses mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Our bodies have the ability to heal on our own and this yoga session will show you how having a healthy body can lead to a healthy and disease free life. A combination of breathing, stretching, and toning exercise along with facial workouts and anti aging tips will be a part of the session.
All ages and beginners are welcome.
