The NFSA is partnering with Capital Film Festival to present three thought-provoking documentaries that explore history, identity and the power of storytelling.

Highlights include The Story of Documentary Film, a celebration of nonfiction cinema and its enduring influence; No Good Men, an Australian premiere that examines contemporary masculinity through personal stories; and Yellow Letters (Gelbe Briefe), an intimate exploration of family history, migration and memory.

Screening in the NFSA’s iconic heritage building, the program offers Canberra audiences the chance to experience acclaimed independent documentaries and engage with the ideas shaping contemporary culture. A strong fit for film lovers, documentary enthusiasts and anyone interested in the stories that connect us.
