The inaugural Australian Yarn Show will be hosted in Canberra from the 23rd to 24th March. This two-day conference promises to unite yarn enthusiasts, specialists and professionals from all corners of Australia.

Whether you’re an experienced crafter, a yarn newbie or simply curious about the world of yarn crafts, this festival is your gateway to knitting, crocheting, weaving, spinning, felting, embroidery and many other textile arts.

Join fellow fibre enthusiasts for a jam-packed weekend of guest speakers, panel discussions, workshops, demonstrations, competitions, community activities and more! There will be a vibrant market hall from 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday, with some of Australia’s best yarn producers, yarn dyers, pattern writers, notions artisans, accessory designers and more selling their handmade products.

Friday, March 22nd will be open to industry only. Industry professionals are invited to join the Australian Yarn Show for an industry-only workshop during the day and an industry-only networking event in the evening.
