Maurice Duruflé’s “Requiem” and Arvo Pärt’s “Beatitudes”

The Llewellyn Choir will present two very special works, Maurice Duruflé’s “Requiem” and Arvo Pärt’s “Beatitudes”. Against the backdrop of WWII, the Requiem offers optimism and hope, and The Beatitudes is based on the text from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount in Matthew. With the Llewellyn Sinfonia, this will be a choral concert not to be missed.
