Launch into Other Worlds: Exploring the Universe of Graeme Base! Get up close and marvel at original illustrations from the book The Worst Band in the Universe by Australia’s favourite children’s author, Graeme Base.
Feeling inspired by Base’s thrilling and detailed works? Local artists byrd and Hanna Hoyne certainly have been – see how they have responded to these otherworldly themes in fantastical, large-scale murals in our Generator Gallery. And don’t forget to keep your eye out for aliens hiding around the Centre – can you find them all?
Opening night is Friday 26 November 2021
then runs until 6 February 2022.
