A powerful 90 minute session that blends a guided yoga inspired movement flow with a live musical performance. As the sunsets\, we move into a full sensory immersion\, of sound and light with crystal bowls & atmospheric lighting immersions. \nExpect dynamic movement\, deep release\, live soundscapes\, and visual projections that flow and move with the energy in the room.
