This event exists to give something back. It is a space for women to feel seen\, understood and supported through one of life’s most significant transitions\, with expert guidance\, practical tools and meaningful connection. \nThis half-day experience brings together a multidisciplinary panel of trusted experts to provide clarity around hormonal change — physically\, emotionally and mentally. Through a combination of educational sessions\, guided experiences and open conversations\, you’ll gain insight\, reassurance and strategies to help you move through this stage with confidence\, vitality and a renewed sense of self. \nMore than just an event\, this is a movement grounded in community and purpose. All profits will be donated to The Tarrant Foundation\, supporting women and children in hardship — creating impact far beyond the room. \nGuests will also enjoy curated experiences including a guided meditation\, networking opportunities\, a wellness showcase\, premium goodie bags and the chance to give back further through a silent charity auction and lucky door prizes. \nThis is not just information — it is understanding\, connection and empowerment.
