DESCRIPTION:Love From Penny and Lyla is a local organisation supporting Canberra parents after the loss of their baby. \nWe are holding a special event\, Canberra’s only dedicated grief retreat for loss parents\, on Sunday 25th May\, at Jindii EcoSpa\, set in the grounds of the tranquil National Botanic Gardens. \nA unique day retreat designed for\, and dedicated to loss parents. A gentle place to share your babies\, connect with people who really understand\, check in with your grief\, and revisit your self-care plan. \nIt will be a special day to honour you and your babies. \nPROGRAM INCLUSIONS \n🧘‍♂️ Meditation – Facilitated by Jas Kaur of Jindii EcoSpa \n✨ Grief peer support and workshop – Facilitated by Sonia Fenwick of the Canberra Grief Centre \n🥗 Morning tea and lunch – delicious platter-style\, with coffee and a wide selection of herbal teas available throughout the day \n💫 Keepsake creation – Create a special keepsake to take home with you\, to honour your loved ones \n🩷 Sound healing – Facilitated by Mon from Sense of Flow \n🌿 Walk in nature and connect with others – Hosted by Jindii EcoSpa\, in the serene surrounds of the Australian National Botanical Gardens. \nTICKETS AVAILABLE\n$170 each (until 30th April 2025)\n$200 (30th April – 18th May 2025) \nEveryone is welcome to attend\, regardless of how much time has passed since your loss. You will be amongst wonderful company. \nWe are registered under the Canberra Hospital Foundation.
