It can also be a manifestation to breathe\, get grounded and focus on your Centre. In Buddhism the square is seen as a connection to enlightenment. As the square is the most solid shape\, both the mind and physical body must be balanced by the square to maintain enlightenment. \nThe way we think\, feel and act is important to our wellbeing. Our mental health can be isolating to the mind\, body and soul. Keeping our body and emotions healthy allows us to be fully present in the moment\, and the square form which acts as a mind/body resonates this through the material of dark becoming light. \nDark coils dormant. \nUnfurling upwards\, \nLighter\, floating into strands. \nThe mind awakens.
