DreamWorks The Exhibition - Journey From Sketch To Screen

When 12 Sep, 2019 9:00am — 2 Feb, 2020 5:00pm Where National Museum of Australia, Lawson Cres, Acton ACT 2601, Australia Website nma.gov.au/exhibitions/dreamworks-animation/highlights

DreamWorks Animation stories are as diverse as the filmmakers who create them. See how stories like the time-travelling adventure of Mr. Peabody & Sherman developed from an idea into thousands of storyboards, and then finally the pitch, where artists present their storyboards to the DreamWorks team and bring their drawings to life using voice and actions.

Created by the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) in partnership with DreamWorks Animation, the exhibition celebrates the studio’s creative legacy from its earliest feature Antz (1998) to blockbuster series such as How to Train Your Dragon (2010).
