Teen Start-Up: Digital Design, Behind the Screen

When 10 Jan, 2019 9:00am — 11 Jan, 2019 4:00pm Where 18 King George Terrace, Parkes ACT 2600, Australia Website http://www.teenstartupcamp.com.au/
Whether your child’s passion is technology or creativity this school holiday program is a wonderful way for them to be curious, use their imagination and think critically about technology and digital media.

The program is delivered by people working in the industry. Students will have the opportunity to meet journalists, cartoonists, game-developers, animators, product developers, entrepreneurs and more; all of whom are keen to share their enthusiasm and knowledge and encourage ‘Aha!’ moments as they reveal the science hidden below the surface of our digital lives.

Through challenges and hands-on activities, students are also encouraged to become creators rather than just consumers of digital media.
The program is suitable for students aged 11-16 years
