D'feet Motor Neuron Disease Charity Walk

2 September 2017
10:30am-1:30pm

Macdermott Place, Belconnen

The Details

This walk is in memory of my friend - Skye Edwards. Skye Edwards was a beautiful,
vibrant and kind young women. At 26 years of age the world was hers to conquer.
She was a devoted, amazing mother to her daughter Harpa and loved dearly by her partner Brodie. She was a loyal friend and adored by her family.
On the 9th of September 2016, Skye lost her battle with Motor
Neuron Disease. Only some short months after her diagnosis.
Months before she was diagnosed, her Father also passed away from MND.
One of Skye’s hopes was that one day they will find a cure for this insidious disease.
In remembrance of Skye and her unbreakable spirit I have teamed up with Snap Fitness – Charnwood to run the D’feet Motor Neuron Disease walk.
Our goal is to raise as much awareness and money as possible toward MND research.
