Canberra Coaches Connecting with our Community

16 May 2017

The Details

We want to tell 104.7 and 106.3 listeners who are working in local community not-for -profit organisations that they can apply for some free coaching from International Coach Federation (ICF) coaches.

This is the fifth year ICF ACT Branch have run the CCCC program in Canberra and so far ICF coaches have gifted over 750 hours of free coaching worth more than $100,000 to staff in over 30 Canberra organisations. ICF is an organisation of executive, wellbeing, life, and sports coaches - in Canberra there are 95 members, and 31,000 worldwide.

Our ACT Branch coaches are providing 5 hours of free personalised individual development. We would like your help to get this message to these staff and volunteers who might not normally have access to leadership and management development like this. We'd like them to try out coaching as our way of giving back to our community.

All of our coaches have to meet rigorous training, ethical and competency standards. They give their time for free - no strings attached.

Applications for the Canberra Coaches Connecting with our Community close on Monday, 30 May so it would be great to get a short item on air in the next few weeks.

CCCC Coaching can:
provide fresh perspectives on professional and personal challenges
enhance leadership and management skills
increase interpersonal effectiveness
increase confidence
assist with goal setting and achievement
improve satisfaction with life and work

Expressions of interest can be send to Kylie Holyland, ICF ACT Branch President at
